Is any action required?
New pricing is valid automatically, no actions are needed. -
What happens if I don’t have time to select a package for my account before the price list changes?
The monthly subscription of the Basic package will automatically take effect for your account on 1 February 2025 if you have not selected a package for your company before this date in your account settings. -
If I do not accept the new prices, when should I terminate my account?
You have the right to terminate the contract with one (1) month’s notice . You can terminate your account by notifying our customer service team: [email protected] If you wish, you can download your documents from the service archive before terminating your account.
