The pricing of Visma Sign products will change on the 1st of February 2026.

Update applies to both yearly and monthly subscription prices.
The price of exceeding signatures, and text messages used for signature invitations remain the same.

What action is required from me?
New pricing is valid automatically, no actions are needed. -
When does the new pricing take effect?
For monthly subscriptions, the new pricing will automatically take effect from 1 February 2026.
For annual subscriptions, the new pricing will automatically apply when your current annual term renews.
Example: If your Visma Sign annual subscription started in September 2025, the new price will take effect in September 2026.
You can check the start date of your current subscription under Settings > Company details. -
What is the reason for the update?
We continuously invest in both product development and data security. We will both further develop existing functions and implement entirely new functionality.
In 2026, our focus will be on developing and improving functions related to the signing flow, web forms, and the login solution. Furthermore, we will expand our integration offering, based on the valuable feedback we have gathered from our customers.
In the long term, we are developing Visma Sign towards a more comprehensive solution to meet the future requirements for contract management. -
If I do not accept the new prices, when should I terminate my account?
You have the right to terminate the contract with one (1) month’s notice . You can terminate your account by following these instructions. Please make sure to download your documents from the service archive before terminating your account. -
Will my documents remain in Visma Sign if I terminate my account?
Visma Sign is not permitted to store your documents after your account has been closed, so you must download and save them before the account is terminated.
